Bank of Baroda recruitment 2023 eligibility criteria
- Age Limit
👉🏻minimum age restrictions :- 28 years
👉🏻 maximum age restrictions :- 37 years
Education Qualification :-
- Senior Manager
- Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in all semesters/years.
- Work experience :- Minimum 8 years of experience of Relationship/Credit Management, preferable in MSME Banking with any bank/ NBFC /Financial Institutions in India.
- And post Graduate/ MBA (Marketing & Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Work experience :- Minimum 6 years of experience of relationship/credit Management, preferably in MSME Banking with any bank / NBFC/ Financial Institutions in India.
Application fees
- Application fees in OBC candidates & EWS, General, Applicable Taxes and Payment Gateway charges for Rs. 600/-
- And SC, ST, PWD, candidates Payment gateway charges for :- Rs. 100/-
Selection process
👉🏻the selection process may comprises online test, psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by Group Discussion and/ or Interview of candidates, qualifying in the online test.
👉🏻And However, if the number of eligible Applications received is large/less, than bank reserves the right to change the shortlisting criteria/ interview process. and bank may, at Its discretion, consider conducting of multiple choice/Descriptive/psychometric test / Group Discussion/Interviews or any other selection/shortlisting methodologies for the above position.

Pay scale :- The pay scale MMG/S-III: Rs. 63840 multiple 1990 (5) – 73790 multiple 2220 (2) – 78230 monthly CTC at the initial level is approximately Rs. 2.14 lakhs per month (as amended from time to time), including DA, Special Allowance, HRA, CCA, and other benefits.
